My Digital Bill of Rights
- Make yourself look good online. Don’t do anything bad that you don’t want to get caught doing or saying.
- Don’t share personal stuff to anyone. Do not give any personal stuff to people like where you live and your phone number.
- Only say what you’d be willing to say in person. Don’t say anything online that you wouldn’t say in person.
- Don’t abuse your power. Do not abuse your power on a computer or texting.
- Help keep flame wars under control. Keep fights down.
- Be forgiving of other peoples mistakes. Means don’t keep fighting with them just forgive them. We all make mistakes.
- Don’t open things from people you don’t know. Don’t open anything from anyone you don’t know it could be a virus or something.
- Don’t be stalk worthy. Don’t stalk someone else.
- Let your parents know the websites that you go on.
- People can save what is said online. You can say something mean or whatever and someone could save it as evidence that you said that.

information about yourself online is very dangerous. A internet stalker may
find many things about you and hunt you down. Many people do this and they need
to know that it is very bad and could harm your life. If you post anything bad
about yourself or anything and college people see it. Then they will probably
say no to you going to there college.
